These terms apply to the use of our website, mobiledentpro.co.za, and to the repair services provided by Mobile Dent Pro, a family-run mobile dent and paint repair business based in Wynberg, Sandton. By using our website or booking a repair with us, you agree to these terms.
We provide mobile and workshop-based cosmetic vehicle repair, including paintless dent removal, scratch and paint repair, bumper repair, hail damage repair, rim repair and related panel work. We repair cosmetic damage; structural, chassis and safety-critical repairs fall outside our service, and we will tell you honestly when a job needs a full collision-repair workshop instead.
Any price we give before seeing the vehicle in person is an estimate based on the information and photos you provide. The final price is confirmed once we have assessed the damage. We will always confirm the cost with you before starting work, and there are no hidden charges.
For mobile repairs, you agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the vehicle at the agreed location and time. If we cannot access or safely work on the vehicle, we may need to reschedule.
We take pride in our work and stand behind it. Where a guarantee applies to a repair, its terms will be made clear to you at the time. Because every vehicle and every repair is different, results can vary with the condition of the vehicle, the paint and the extent of the damage, and some damage cannot be fully corrected — we will always be upfront with you about what to expect.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with a repair is limited to the value of the service provided. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under the South African Consumer Protection Act.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
