This Privacy Policy explains how Mobile Dent Pro (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and protects the personal information you give us through our website, mobiledentpro.co.za. We are a family-run mobile dent and paint repair business based at Unit C8, Dartfield Park, 47 5th Street, Wynberg, Sandton 2090.
When you request a quote or contact us through the website, we collect the details you choose to give us — typically your name, phone number, email address (optional), vehicle make and model, and a description of the damage. If you message us on WhatsApp or send photos, we also receive those.
We do not ask for, or knowingly collect, any sensitive personal information such as ID numbers, or payment card details, through the website.
We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, prepare and send you a quote, arrange and carry out a repair, and keep in touch with you about that job. If you have given us your email address, we may use it to send you a written quote or to follow up on your enquiry.
Enquiries submitted through our website are delivered to us by email and stored in our own records (including Google Workspace / Google Sheets, which we use to manage leads). We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Our website loads fonts from Google Fonts and uses Google services to process form submissions, which means limited technical information (such as your browser and IP address) may be handled by Google as part of delivering those services.
We keep your enquiry and job records for as long as we need them to serve you and to keep proper business records, after which they are deleted or archived.
